Community Spots
We believe time in nature and meaningful connection should be accessible to all women. Two Community Spots are reserved at each gathering for women who may need a little more flexibility with the cost.
No explanation or application is needed. If this option makes it possible for you to join us, it’s here for you.
We care deeply about creating experiences where you feel welcomed, prepared, and supported.
Because our gatherings take place in wild and changing landscapes, there are natural risks that come with spending time outdoors. Our participant waiver is provided here as a reference so you know what to expect.
Each participant will be required to sign and submit the waiver as part of booking.
Honey & Earth Participant Waiver & Release-
Honey & Earth offers guided outdoor experiences designed to foster connection with nature, place, and one another. These experiences take place in natural environments and may include hiking, walking on uneven terrain, navigating elevation changes, and, for certain offerings, paddling or other water-based activities.
Acknowledgment of Risk
I understand that participating in outdoor activities involves inherent risks that cannot be completely eliminated. These may include, but are not limited to:
Uneven, rocky, muddy, slippery, or changing terrain
Roots, rocks, branches, steep slopes, and changes in elevation
Falls, collisions, or other accidents
Changing or severe weather conditions
Heat, cold, wind, rain, snow, or other environmental conditions
Insects, ticks, plants, wildlife, and other natural hazards
Physical exertion, fatigue, dehydration, or other physical challenges
Conditions that may change during the course of an experience
Risks associated with water-based activities, including entering or being on a river, lake, or other body of water, when applicable
I understand that outdoor conditions can change unexpectedly and that Honey & Earth may alter, postpone, or cancel an experience when conditions create an unreasonable safety concern.

I confirm that I am voluntarily participating and that I am responsible for determining whether an experience is appropriate for my own abilities and circumstances.
I agree to:

Notify the guide if I feel unwell, unsafe, or unable to continue.
I understand that I may choose to stop participating at any time if I believe continuing would be unsafe for me.
-
I understand and voluntarily assume the inherent risks associated with participation in Honey & Earth outdoor experiences.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, I release and agree not to hold Honey & Earth, its owner, guides, contractors, or participating partners responsible for claims arising from the inherent risks of the activities or from ordinary negligence, except to the extent such a release is prohibited or limited by applicable law.
Nothing in this agreement is intended to release or limit liability that cannot legally be released or limited under Minnesota law.
-
In the event of an emergency, I authorize Honey & Earth or its designated representatives to seek reasonable emergency medical assistance on my behalf when necessary. I understand that I am responsible for any resulting medical expenses.
-
I understand that photographs or video may occasionally be taken during Honey & Earth experiences.
I understand that participation in photography is optional and that declining photo consent will not affect my ability to participate.
